I hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble and the experience you had with the app. Also, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand that repeated trial or promotional pop-ups can disrupt the experience, and we'd like to understand exactly what you're seeing. Basic scanning and saving scans as PDFs do not require a paid subscription.

Could you please share a screenshot of the pop-up along with your Adobe Scan app version and device OS/version? Please remove any personal information from the screenshot before posting.

This will help us identify the offer and provide the right guidance, rather than suggest notification settings that may not affect in-app pop-ups.
