Gmail will not launch when trying to share a copy

After scanning, saving and attempting to share a copy a list of apps appear to use for sharing. Tapping on the Gmail app, it seems to try to launch but does not. All other apps launch and work to share a copy. Why is Gmail not? It did just yesterday. I tried phone on and off, deleting the apps and reinstalling, always same result. Help.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Would you mind trying to log out of Gmail and Adobe Scan-> Restart the device and then try again?

Also, please ensure that both apps are updated to the latest version.
