Got a new phone and scans are deleted

I understand how important that scan is to you. Adobe Scan stores files primarily in a few places. The most common reason they don't appear on a new device is that the app wasn't signed into the same account, or the sync didn't complete. I would make sure you are signed into the right account you used on your old phone. This is the critical step. Once logged in, look for the "Your Documents" or "Files" section. Or on the main screen should show your most recent scans. If it's been a while, tap on "All Scans" (or a similar folder) to see everything that has synced from the cloud. Your scans should be listed there as PDF files (https:///documentcloud.adobe.com). By any chance do you save your scans in other places like Google Drive, OneDrive? Or even doing a search on mom's note?
