Hello! I am using adobe scan on my iPhone to send time sheets and such to my apprenticeship. I successfully sent the document but they are saying they received it on a later date than I sent it and has resulted in penalty classes I have to make up. The original sent emails are not showing up in my outbox to prove I sent it on time.  Is there anyway to see the date and who I sent the scan to from adobe??

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry to hear about your experience with Adobe Scan.

     

    Are you using the option to share a link to the file or share a copy? A screen recording of the workflow would be of great help.

     

    Also, I suggest you try sharing the file from the Document Cloud and check if you face a delay. I tried on my end, but it worked just fine.

     

    This can also be an issue with the domain where there can be a lag.
