Help Services Might Be More Effective Regarding Refund

As I write earlier too but due to confused reply I'm writing again sir. 

Full story as given below.

On 26 March 2026 I took trail period of 7 days and I donot find any thing price worthy for my personal use.

Unfortunately I forgot to unsubscribe the mandate fro phone pe UPI app.

On 02 April 2026 my account was debited by 6200 INR . Immediately on the same day I raised the refund request on every platform like Google play and Adobe site.

But I got 2 type of reply 

One on Gmail saying that this purchase doesn't meet with our policy (screenshot attached)

Other on refund review status, saying that your financial institution will return the fund to your original payment method.(screenshot attached)

Note-Payment proof also attached 

Please help me out by doing needful.
