Help with App

Hi, 

 

I am a new user of adobe scan for iphone. Today, I captured around 300 images in one scan, and I clicked the button to convert to PDF. Now, the app will no longer open at all and I cannot see the material that I captured. How do I recover the material? Is there a limit of pages per scan or PDF?

Hi @Rebecca2265742481mi , there is no limit to how many pages you can scan in a file. When you scan pages and select Save PDF, it automatically saves the scan as a PDF. Refer to the Help topic Scan a document for more details.

Regarding the issue with app not opening, please uninstall the app and then reinstall it. You should be able to see your scans if you had saved them.
