Hi, I still haven't received any emails after filling up the cancellation and refund form provided by adobe. I hope someone can help me looking for the refund process, my GPA is GPA.3373-3804-3005-99707..0

    Since you’ve already submitted the cancellation form, I request you to please allow our billing team some time to review and process your request. Once it has been processed, you will receive an update via email.
