"Hidden Threats in the file you are trying to download"

I use Adobe Scan on my iPhone. And then I use the document cloud to download the PDFs onto my computer. This past week, the website takes forever to load, and then every time I try to download any of my PDFs, McAfee webadvisor keeps saying that there are possible viruses in the PDFs.

When I email them to myself from the app and download them from my email, I have no problem with the virus detector. Only when using the document cloud website directly on the computer. So I'm wondering if there actually is a virus problem on the website.

This is really slowing me down. I'd appreciate any help.

Please check performing the same workflow again. If the experience is still the same, share the below details for investigation:

1. The file (not PDF but the Acrobat Portal share link);

2. A screen recording of the issue.
