Posso recuperare le scansioni salvate sul nuovo telefono iPhone?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble.

The scans taken from the Adobe Scan app get saved to the Adobe Document Cloud Storage by default. Once you sign in to the application on your new iPhone with your Adobe credentials, you will get access to all your scan files.

You may also go to https://adobe.ly/4vWOkk3 and click on the Documents Tab > Scan and check if that helps.

Thank you so much it is clear. I a ted so, however I don’t find them anymore ( I must say my account was free perhaps it is the trouble). Any other idea for have them back?😓

Hi there,

Please make sure you are loged in to the application with the same Adobe ID that was used on the previous device and see if that helps.

If the files are not present at https://adobe.ly/4vWOkk3 > Documents Tab > Scan Folder, there isn’t much that we can do to recover the lost files.
