How can Adobe get into these issues?

Adobe has been my trusted tech support for various things. My Adobe Scan app however is not opening. Have some critically important data saved in there and it refuses to open. What do I do?

Sorry for the delayed response. Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue? Try updating your application to latest iOS version 21.10.26.
We will be waiting for your response. Once we've got that information from you, we can take a closer look.
