    Hi @Optimistic_Zenith5d88 ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. Before pointing you to the right steps, it would help to know exactly which situation you're in, since these are handled differently:

Option A: You just want to rename/update the email address on your current subscribed Adobe account (the subscription itself isn't going anywhere, just the email attached to it).

Option B: You already have two separate Adobe accounts (two different email addresses, each with its own Adobe ID), and you want to move the active subscription from one account to the other.

If it's Option A, this is straightforward:

    • Sign in to https://adobe.ly/4gQ8FBy with the email that currently has the subscription

    • Go to Account Information and access, select Change next to Primary email (Adobe ID)

    • Enter the new email and complete verification

One catch: if that target email is already registered as its own separate Adobe ID (even with no subscription on it), you'll get an error that it's already in use. In that case, you'd need to first free it up by signing into that other account and changing its email to something else, then come back and set it as your primary email on the subscription account: Swap or change your Adobe email address to a previously used one

If it's Option B, this is more limited: Adobe doesn't offer a direct self-service way to merge two accounts or transfer a subscription between them. The usual path is to cancel the subscription on the original account and start a new one under the account you actually want to use.

    Hope this information will help.

    Regards
    Amal
