How can I see the exact date and hours and minutes of a scanned file?

As per the issue description that you want to see the exact time when you have scanned a file. For that you need to go to the scans on document cloud storage, which you can access from https://acrobat.adobe.com

the time showing there is the time when the file is last modified.
