How can I use the adobe scan app if I have purchased it?

Hello, I purchased dienAdobe Scan app on 08.10.2021 through the Apple App Store. When I open the app and want to use it, I cannot restore my. Purchase not restored and can only access the premium features by subscription. How can I use the full version? After all, I paid for it.

I would be very grateful for help.

    I checked the account registered here in the community and could not find an active subscription.

     

    The above screenshot shows that you first installed the Adobe Scan app on the said date, and there are no signs of purchase there. 

    Please share the purchase receipt with me and the Purchase ID so I can look into the issue further.

     

    Also, just a heads-up, Adobe Scan subscription was started this year, and back in 2021, it was just Acrobat Premium which included the Adobe Scan bundle.

    When I press "Restore previous purchases", I get the error message: "Error restoring. Purchases could not be restored".

    You will have to contact Apple support to get this fixed and they are the one's handling the subscription and its restoration. See the following article for more details
