How do I change the email

How do I change the email on file that sends the attachments to a different email I would like to replace it with ? I chchecked under settings and do not see the option to edit

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Email service provider?
  2. Make and model of your device?
  3. Application version?

Try to "share as link", then choose the mailing application. From there you can change the From (email address)
