Question

How do I download my adobe scan documents to my USB Flash drive on my computer?

Even though I can select all of my scanned PDFs, there is no download button in the top right of the Adobe scan page, only an "upload files" button and a folder to the left of it with a plus sign, neither of which lead to downloading.  So how do I download/export/save my adobe scan documents/pdfs to my USB Flash drive on my computer?

    Hi @JoJani,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

The best option would be to log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and go to the Adobe Scan folder.

Once there, select all the files you want to download, and the download all button should appear on the right/left panel.

Note: Please make sure to remove any file that shows the status as shared. Once done, you will see the download button appear.

If this does not work for you, please feel free to share a screen recording with us so we can investigate further.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,

    Souvik

Thank you. I see the option to download on the lower right now in the “Adobe Scan” parent folder. But I am getting a red download error message saying “this folder may have been removed and cannot be downloaded.”  And when I click through to the list of folders and files, there is no download button as mentioned in my original post.

    How do I fix this?

And I have gone in an unshared any file that had been shared.  All my files show as “Only you” in the “Sharing” column.
