hello, I accidentally deleted the wrong file in Adobe, can I restore it and how?

As suggested above, the only option to check for the file's availability would be to log in to Acrobat's Cloud Storage (either on https://assets.adobe.com/document-cloud/ or https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ ) in the Adobe Scan folder.

If the file isn't there, I fear you will need to re-scan the document to access it.

Where did you delete the file?

If you go to https://assets.adobe.com/, you may find back your data in the deleted tab.
