++to the comments by creative explorer, there's another step you can add:

Once you have changed your account password, log in to https://adobe.ly/48GYqLM and scroll down to the active session.

There, remove all the active sessions on your account. This will ensure that any devices you have logged into are logged out.

This ensures that your account can only be used by you.

@siddesh_0108 if the scans were being saved to the cloud, then you should be able to delete the scans from adobe.com

But, the easiest method is to reset the password to your Adobe account. Adobe on your phone should automatically log out of the Adobe Scan on the phone because there would be a NEW password.
