How to OCR iPhone8 screenshot of Google Map for Traditional Chinese

My screenshot from Google Map of iPhone 8 , after cropping, had only 2 lines of text but Apple app Adobe Scan shows OCR option but didn't produce text.

Could you provide a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Did you try with any other PDF too, is it doing the same?

2. Please check by trying to scan something, is the app able to recognize text?

Make sure that the app is up to date.

Thanks for prompt support.
I solved by having more empty space around text.

This phenomenon same as Microsoft OneNote.
Online app is more capable in this aspect.
