Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to recover a file you lost.

 

What I would suggest is to check the Acrobat Online Portal: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/

 

If not, I am afraid that the file is lost and will have to be recaptured again to be viewed.
