How to recover lost pdf files

Dear team , 

this is to inform you that I have lost all my old pdf files and documents. On Sunday 18th Dec 2022 I have updated my app after updation I have seen all my documents were there but now it's not there . 

kindly help me to restore lost documents.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Have you checked on the online portal if the files are there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/

 

If not, I suggest checking the email address you are signed in with and log out and log in again.
