Does anyone know how to retrieve past scans? I've tried the method posted by others about going into Adobe Document and clicking on the "scan" link but the only files displayed were the 4 files that I had scanned recently. I had access to a bunch of files that I'd scanned in the past. How would they just disappear out of the blue?

Your scanned documents might be missing due to app crashes, syncing issues, or because you are logged into a different account.
