How to stop the app glitching on iPhone 8 when importing?

Dissappointing considering I just started using the app.

 

Does anyone else us iPhone and the app does not allow images to be imported to Adobe Scan?

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that you are not able to import images for the scan. We have tried to reproduce it on our end, it is working fine. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version?

2. If possible, could you share a video that shows the issue clearly?

3. iOS version?

 

Check if the application is updated to the latest version and then try again.

    You are correct. I had an older version. My phone once connected to wifi again automatically updated the app and it is working now. Thank you so much for your experience.

     

    My iOS version is 14.6.
