When trying to view a scanned doc in acrobat on a device that did not create the doc, I get "document path invalid." Has anyone solved this problem?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, you are opening the scanned document on some other device in Acrobat application. Is that correct?

Are you using the desktop application to open the scanned PDF or the Acrobat Reader mobile application?

Is it an issue with a particular PDF or with all? Are you opening PDF directly from the Document Cloud or some other location?
