Question

I am trying to access my uploaded document, upon clicking the document it says "we couldn't download the file please try again later". the file also says waiting to upload. Is there any way to access this document?

How can I start the upload process to get my document back?

My app is updated I have also searched the file in local storage and other cloud storages

    Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your document.

     

    The "waiting to upload" status indicates that the file has not yet fully synced to Adobe Document Cloud, so it is not available to open at this time. This can happen due to a temporary connectivity issue between the Adobe Scan app and our cloud services.

    Please try the following:

    Make sure your device has a stable internet connection, then open the Adobe Scan app and allow it to sync. You can also try closing the app completely and reopening it to trigger the upload again.


    You may also try switching off Wi-Fi and enabling cellular internet to see if that fixes the issue.
     

    In the meantime, if the file has previously synced successfully, you may be able to access it directly through the Acrobat web app. Please visit: https://adobe.ly/4eXgrd2

    Once signed in with your Adobe ID, go to Documents > Scans, where your uploaded scans are stored, and check whether the file is available there.

    Please also check Adobe service status at https://adobe.ly/4aHcff2 to confirm there are no active incidents affecting Document Cloud in your region.
