I can not find the scand documents

After scanning and save the file, the scanned documents don't appear and not load with the old scand documents, i’m using iPhone 13 pro max.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

     

    Have you started experiencing this issue recently after the update or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Adobe Scan app you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan and try updating it to the latest version available on the App Store and reboot the device once. 

    If you’re signed into a different account than before (personal vs work), older scans may not appear.

    Try to:

    Refresh / sync the file list

    • Pull down on the file list to force a refresh.

    • Make sure you have a stable internet connection so the app can sync older documents from the cloud.

    Sign out and sign back in

    • Go to Profile > Sign out, then sign back in with the same Adobe ID you were using earlier.

    • This often helps if the app isn’t syncing properly.

    You may also try to login the document cloud https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/ go to Your Documents > Adobe Scan folder, and check for the files.
