I can’t restore my subscription

I currently have an active Adobe Scan subscription, but I am unable to use the editing features. Whenever I log in, the app keeps asking me to subscribe. When I select the subscription option, it shows that I am already subscribed. After I tap “OK,” the app keeps loading and does not proceed further.

    We checked and verified your Adobe ID (email), which you have used to log in to the community, and we don't see any active license/subscription to Adobe Scan or Acrobat. Please ensure that you are using the Adobe ID to log in to the Adobe Scan app through which you have subscribed to the license.
