I can’t save files

I scanned 664 sheets today, clicked save to pdf. The app hung for 2 hours and then dropped out. The scan was not saved to the app or the cloud. How do I recover the lost data?

Hope you are doing well. 

As mentioned that the app crashed while trying to save a scan. Are you facing the crash issue frequently or was it just once with this scan?

Please look for the scan on the Acrobat online i.e https://acrobat.adobe.com. If it is not there then unfortunately we cannot recover the scan. Also, make sure that the app is up to date.
