Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Are you using an organization account? From the screenshot, it looks like your organization has removed your account from the group which has access to e-sign.

 

Would you mind checking in with your org's IT team to see if your account is in active stage? 

 

If this is not the case, please feel free to write back, so we can investigate further.
