I cant find my existing scans

Hi, I have recently changed my phone, and I have logged in to the adobe scan android app, but I can't find my existing scans.

I hope you're doing well! Thank you for reaching out to us.

Since you've recently switched to a new phone, kindly log in to your Adobe account using the same Adobe ID (email) you were using previously. This will ensure that all your existing files are synced with the new device.

If you're unable to find your saved scans after logging in, please follow these steps to check your Adobe Cloud storage:

  1. Visit Adobe Document Cloud and sign in with your Adobe ID.
  2. Navigate to Documents.
  3. Select the Scans folder to access all your saved scan files.
