sorry for the delay in response.

Do you get this message after scanning every page or any specific one?

Would you mind checking whether you are signed in into the app or not. Scanned document uploads to the Document Cloud, so make sure you are connected to the Internet.
Also, try after rebooting your device.
if it still doesn't work, then try uninstalling application and reinstall it. (make sure you take the files backup, if anything stored in Adobe Scan before removing the app)
