i cant save pdf after scanning paper

sorry for the delay in response.

Do you get this message after scanning every page or any specific one?

• Would you mind checking whether you are signed in into the app or not. Scanned document uploads to the Document Cloud, so make sure you are connected to the Internet. 
• Also, try after rebooting your device. 
• if it still doesn't work, then try uninstalling application and reinstall it. (make sure you take the files backup, if anything stored in Adobe Scan before removing the app)
