I did pay and yet my subscription is not renews

U did pay the money for 1 year and yet the application is still asking for the renewal ..I'm attaching the deducted amount. Please do needful . Thank you

Hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

To resolve the issue, please try restoring your purchase by following these steps:

  1. Open the Adobe app.

  2. Tap on the Profile icon.

  3. Go to Subscriptions.

  4. Select Restore Purchase and check if this resolves the issue.

Additionally, I have checked the Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you're using on this community, but I couldn't find any active or paid subscription associated with it. Please ensure that:

  • You are logged into the Adobe app with the same email ID that was used to purchase the subscription from the Apple App Store.
