I get an error message when trying to open files

I hace always used the account with Apple credentials, but yesterday I couldn't see my files in the iPhone and in the the iPad, I see them but they won't open.

    Would you mind checking if you can access the files on the web: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder.

     

    This would help us further deep dive into the situation for better assistance.
