I have changed my mobile handset. Now how to get my old scanned documents

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

Adobe Scan documents are saved to the Document Cloud by default, you just need to login to the Adobe Scan App with your Adobe Credentials and you will get acess to all your documents.
