    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble. 

     

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active plan/subscription. If you have used a different email to purchase the subscription on Google play, please logout of the Adobe app and re-login using the same email used on the Google Play Store and see if that works.
