Hello Antonio,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with Adobe Scan.

 

Could you please share the screenshot of the error you are getting when trying to upload?

 

Also, please try signing out of Adobe Scan, sign back in with the same credentials, and then upload again.
