I lost all my scanned documents from Adobe scan on iphone

Hi,

 

I changed my iphone and got a new one. I lost all the scanned documents that I had in my adobe scan. I logged in and checked my adobe account and don't see any document available. Please let me know if there is a way to retrieve the documents.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Adobe Scan.

 

From the description, it appears that you are logging in to a different email address than the one you had been using previously.

 

Would you mind logging in to https://adobe.ly/4paFnQl and checking if the documents are available there?

If yes, I would recommend checking the email address on your phone and trying again.

 

Also, if you are logging in for the first time on Adobe Scan on the new phone, the app might take some time to initially depending on the phone processor and the internet bandwidth.
