I lost almost all of my old scanned documents from adobe acrobat. I have been using the same account for a long time. My phone is iphone 14. ios 18.6.2. Please help me retrieve the file

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for confirming that you are using the same account. I understand how important these scans are to you, so let’s look at what else could be affecting them.

Could you please confirm:

• Whether you are using the Adobe Scan app or the Acrobat app, and the app version

• When you last saw the documents, and whether anything changed before they went missing, such as an app update, a reinstall, or a new phone

Could you also check the following:

• Sign in with the same account on the web at http://ms.spr.ly/64043av10R and see whether the scans appear in your files there. Go to the Documents tab > Under ‘Your Documents’, check for the files.

• Check the Deleted section for the files, as described in the article: Restore deleted files in Acrobat

Additionally, for future reference, please check the steps shared http://ms.spr.ly/64045av10T  to create a three layer backup of your scan documents.
