I pay for yearly acrobat premium 69.99 a year . But just noticed i am being charged also by adobe 21.26 dollars a month . I am not sure what this is for and where it is at so i can see what value it has for me

I pay yearly for the acrobat premium of 69.99 . While scrutinising my statement i noticed a charge recurring for adobe or 19.99 plus tax . Not sure what this is for and how do i go about canceling it .
