I 've updated my oppo mobile phone. After that all the files in Adobe scan was deleted. Please

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Have you tried checking the online portal to see if the files are there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents in the My Scans folder? 

If the files are there, I suggest you try logging out of the application and logging back in with the credentials which had the documents.

Let us know if this works.
