I want to get a refund

Hi,

I just downloaded the app. I wanted to activate the 7day trial but paid 1 month by mistake. I would like to get a refund.

    Hi, I already cancelled, but didn’t get the refund or confirmation that will get it. Is there anything else I need to do?
