Iam unable to add documents

Dear Support ,

 

iam unable to add multiple Documents in one Attempt earlier I can add 25 Pages in one time .

now Add option not showing in this app iam using IPhone 13

    Hi @krishna235171012ezl,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

     

    By "unable to add multiple documents," are you referring to not being able to import multiple images or PDF files?

    If about images, I suggest trying the below steps:

    1. Click on Home;

    2. Click on the profile icon on the top right;

    3. Click on Preferences;

    4. Disable the option that says "Run Text Recognition;"
