Image validation and key-value pairs extraction on top of Adobe Scan and OCR

We are looking for a smartphone app (iOS/Android) which will scan a printed ticket and extract fields of interest within the ticket. The image capture validation should be done within the App as remote processing of the data may not be possible when there is no network coverage at the time of capturing the ticket. But, validation of the image in terms of quality is necessary while capturing the ticket as the user may leave the job site or return the ticket once he captures the ticket. The processing and extraction can be done within the app or at remote backend but the validation should be done on the App itself else there is a chance we will lose the information by the time the phone is connected to network. The validation should consider that the capture is of good enough quality for data extraction or it should guide the user with proper guidance (improper lighting condition or frame is held incorrectly etc.).
