Images ain't Crystal Clear

The only reason, I don't use Adobe Scan:

I have 13 MP camera. But shot images are not clear enough when I zoom in.

I tested again. Adobe wins. Not too good at details, but they can be ignored.

Would you please elaborate on this issue.

Have you installed the latest update released today? Is this happening while capturing an image under different light sources?

Would you please help us with your device information?

  • Yes, tested on the latest update as well.
  • I used flash along with outside lighting for both in the test.

Thanks for sharing the information.

Same has been tested with the updated version of Adobe Scan app, but the issue isn't reproducible at our end.

Do you have the Auto-Capture mode On when you take the shot? If not, then try to capture in Auto-Capture mode and see if that makes a difference for you.
