Incompatible with LG V60?

I cannot seem to scan with my V60. Permissions are set correct, yet when the screen comes up, the picture is black, and the manual button is non functional. Visible, but not working - like grayed out.

I had zero issues with my previous device.

Please help.

I have attached shots of permissions, settings, and lastly the image that shows the "shutter" button grayed out.

Really sorry for the issue at your end.

Please share the screen video of the issue you are facing.

Meanwhile you can try these as well:-

Deleting all the app data and then re-installing the app after phone reboot.
