Invalid name: scan error

Adobe scan is given an error message that the archive has an invalid name. No matters if the name is changed to just letters, the app doesn't allow to save the scan.

    Hi,

     

    Sorry for the problem you are facing at your end.

    Can you please share a screenshot of the latter for better investigation  of the issue :- 'No matters if the name is changed to just letters, the app doesn't allow to save the scan.'

    I have the same problem

    Hi,

    Sorry for the problem you are facing.

    But some investigation shows me that the mobile OS restricts us using these characters in the filename.

    So to resolve the issue you can follow the below steps:-

    Preferences -> Edit Default filename -> change the date format to MM-DD-YYYY.
