Is there someone here who were able to get a refund after purchased of their premium service? Thank you

Was anybody here that have the same experienced like me accidentally subscribed and purchased their premium by mistake. I'm wondering If I can still get a refund from the main app since google play can no long help me with this as they were saying it's not in line about their refund policy?

    Thanks, Sir I already make the neccesary steps on how to resolve the issue. First, I just find it hard to find your customer care team, I mean a live agent to where we can raise our problem but glad I was able to have talked with them and everything went well as smooth as it should be. And that they've provided me the help I was looking at.
