J’utilise depuis longtemps cette application et aujourd’hui impossible d’enregistrer le scanner on le parle d’essai gratuit je ne comprends rien.

A few details would help pin down the right fix: what's the exact message that appears when you try to save (a screenshot would be ideal if you can share one)? Does this happen with every scan, or only certain ones (for example, password-protected documents, or after combining multiple pages)? And are you using Adobe Scan on iPhone/iPad or on Android?

In the meantime, here's what most commonly causes this kind of block: Adobe Scan is free for basic use, but certain features are reserved for the Premium subscription, such as storage beyond 5 GB, OCR beyond 25 pages, or combining and exporting password-protected files. If your Adobe storage is full, the app can block saving and offer the Premium free trial instead.

Worth checking:

• Your available storage, by signing in at https://adobe.ly/4xzWpwh and checking the storage section

• Whether an Adobe Scan app update is available on the App Store or the Play Store

• Whether the block happens specifically when saving one particular type of file (for example, password-protected ones)
