Jeg annullerer samme dag som prøveperioden afsluttet 8/6. Men den har stadig trukket penge. Og jeg ønsker refundering

Min prøveperiode sluttede den 8/6/2026. 
jeg annullere samme dag, men alligevel har den trukket 399kr får et års abonnement. Jeg har læst hvis man annullere inden for 14 dage kan man godt få refunderet. Og det ønsker jeg
