Just had to lose a whole scan

I just scanned 180 pages on Adobe Scan and went to save as usual, spinning saving wheel for 2 minutes or so then error message 'unexpected error. That file does not exist'. What's going on?? I know it doesn't exist-I'm saving it and hence creating it. Tried multiple times and same error so only way out was to cancel and lose all the scans. Can someone from Adobe's support team help me please? 🙏

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

This generally happens because the processing power of your device reaches its peak and thus corrupts the entire process. 

 

In the future, I suggest creating small packets of documents as scans and combining them to make a complete file.
