A couple of things would help confirm the fix: what device and platform are you using (iOS or Android)? And how did you originally sign up, with your Adobe ID directly, or through Apple ID / Google Sign-In? The email used to sign in needs to exactly match the one tied to your purchase; if these differ even slightly, the app won't recognize an active subscription even though it exists.

Since simply signing out and back in hasn't worked, here's the fuller sequence worth trying:

1. Confirm your subscription is actually active by checking https://adobe.ly/4dqb9We directly, signed in with the same email you use in the app

2. Sign out of the app completely

3. Clear the app's cache:

   • On Android: Settings > Apps > Adobe Scan > Storage > Clear Cache (not Clear Data, that would remove your sign-in and local files)

   • On iOS: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > find Adobe Scan > Offload App, this clears the app and its cache while keeping your files, then reinstall from the App Store

4. Reopen and sign back in with that same email

5. Go to Profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase, to re-link an existing App Store/Google Play purchase to your Adobe account

6. Check for pending app updates on App/Play Store and reboot the device once.

Let us know your platform, how you originally signed in, and whether Restore Purchase changes anything, and we can take it from there.
